The rental was very clean..the teens found the room with twin beds and they were in their zone. Main bedroom had a balcony to over look the water

The place was lovely,very spacious and the locatioin was great. The kitchen could use an upgrade and a few more pots and pans but other than this everything was great. The Realty company was another story. Once we arrived and had questions, I would email them and never got a reply.The people working on site really did not know too much to answer my questions (like where the laundry rooms were?) I would recommend this place to anyone, only just be warned that if you have any issues/questions once you are there you are on your own to figure things out.

We enjoyed our stay at Annabelle. Everything was great.The restaurant on location was incredible! Villas bt the Sea was as we remembered it from 45 years ago when it was still a new property! We will be back.

Great location within walking distance to Driftwood beach. Wonderful views of the ocean from patio and master bedroom balcony. Access to the beach is vey limited due to high tide but very close to other public beach access areas. Beautiful scenery all around. We had a wonderful time! The area is very quite and relaxing with a laid back atmosphere, we plan to return soon. Condo could use a new refrigerator it looks pretty rough but works would be nice if checkin and out times were more convenient of like check in at 3 and check out by 11. It’s very hard to be out by 10 especially if you would like cook breakfast on your last day and you have to clean up afterwards..

We enjoyed our week at Annabelle by the sea. The bed was comfortable and we sat on our private balcony in the evenings enjoying the views and our cocktail of choice. Easy access to the bike trails and Driftwood beach for our daily walks and rides.

Had a nice time - 4th time on the Island and find it to be a special place. Our accommodations were suitable and as advertised. Our unit was clean for the most part, comfortable, quiet. Also, Villas by the Sea, the complex and grounds, were attractive and well maintained. Only complaints - the bed in the master bedroom squeaked and groaned with the slightest movement and was quite uncomfortable, to the point it bothers our sleep. Also, bottom sheet did not fit and the mattress bad was stained. Pretty inexcusable in my view.

Nice condo and great location. Very quiet and relaxing.
Does need a few updates: update refrigerator with icemaker, need ceiling fans in bedrooms, screen doors need to be replaced (do not move to open or close position), place outside locks on patio doors (no way to lock when going to beach without going out front door and walking through complex).

We always stay at the villas. We love the beach and the units. Our only disappointment this year was that only one crossover had been built and we had to walk quite a ways to get to the crossover. Other than that, our vacation was wonderful..

We always go on a trip after Christmas to the beach. My husband and I visited Jekyll Island as children. My family began coming when I was 5 years old. We have a special love for Jekyll. We were thrilled to get to stay at Villas by the Sea. Our villa 185 was on the ocean. The villa was just right for my husband, son and his friend. It was very nice and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent there! We hope to come back again.

We enjoyed our stay. We were glad to find a place we could finally take our little dog. Ground floor living and kitchen were convenient for taking her out. Upstairs bedrooms were not as easy on us. The restaurant in the complex was the best food we had. I would highly recommend it.
