For two people this place is ideal. We felt at home at once, and enjoyed being close to the beach. The only surprise was that we had to bring our own sheets, and paper goods. But all, in all, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time at the beach and waterpark this week. The home we stayed in has had some upgrades since we stayed last time. A+ company to deal with.

Overall, it was a great place to stay for a family. Easy walking distance to the beach even for the two year old. Very quiet neighborhood.

We have been staying at Pryce-B for many years. The rental price is affordable - especially for 3 bedrooms. The furnishings are comfortable, and the owner has recently had new flooring installed. Its location being on a corner lot allows us to easily to drive our boat in and out - no having to back up! We love sitting out on the screened-in porch without worrying about the mosquitoes. Deer come through the back and will actually eat bread out of our hands!

The house was very clean and tidy. It was convenient to all activities. The beds were comfortable. On a quiet street where granddaughter ride her bike. Each evening we were visited by the neighborhood deer.
Renting the property was fast and easy especially as this was a last minute trip. You are an given a welcome package with a few necessities. We will stay here again
