Wonderful 1 bedroom, 1 bath, ground floor unit that has a partial view of the ocean from the living room. This unit is well furnished and makes for a great stay on Jekyll Island. Located near the golf courses and tennis courts and only steps from the beach
Bed Linens and Towels are not provided at this unit. Renters can bring them from home or use a linen rental service. Arrangements for linens, etc. should be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

This is the second rental of the season with a third and fourth coming up soon. Jekyll Keeper’s Cottage was perfect for our week long vacation for two. The cottage is perfect for a couple and in a great location. Cant wait to be back soon!

This was a beautiful place to escape the rat race of Metro Atlanta. Perfect for one or two people. Tastefully decorated and very clean. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back again.

It is small but just great for 1 or 2 people. Beautiful surroundings. Short walk to beach. Love the little balcony we could sit on each evening. Highly recommend you rent a golf cart for a day to sight see with. Loved Driftwood Beach.

So much has improved! Keepers Quarters has been very professionally painted inside, including the refrigerator. The water damage is repaired. The loveseat, dining table & chairs, blinds in the living room, bedspread & pillows, shower curtain and rugs are all new. There are still plumbing issues with the toilet and kitchen sink faucet; but the water bill is not my responsibility so I can overlook that.

We had a lovely stay at the Keepers Cottage. Some upgrades are needed however. The facet continued to drip in the kitchen sink. That needs to be replaced. The stove did not turn off after we heated up a pizza. It said off on the nob but stayed on all night. We finally had to cut the breaker and turn it back on to have it completely shut off. The toilet also ran and you had to play with it to stop water. These are all easy fixes. It was a fun stay overall!

Our location was awesome! Enjoyed views from the turret. Love walking the beach, biking around the island & golfing. Lots to do. Enjoyed dinner at 2 restaurants. Driftwood serves delicious food! I would recommend this vacation property. Perfect for 2. Clean but the washroom could use some tlc. FYI bring bbq tools. Overall, a fantastic vacation!

We have stayed in the larger units at this property, but because of the great value chose the Jekyll Keepers Quarters. It is just perfect for one or two people- 3 would be a crowd. The unit is clean and SO convenient to everything, including being steps away from the beach! We are mostly outdoors when we visit, so we do not need a lot of space. Only suggestions I would give is to either cover or replace the loveseat ( stains) and paint or replace the door of the fridge ( rust spots) Those are very minor - it is a great place to stay for your visit on Jekyll!

Finally got to take my second solo trip to Jekyll after it was postponed last year due to Covid. Stayed in Keepers Quarters again. Love the location and especially the crow’s nest. Plenty of room for me, myself and I. Unit could use a good deep cleaning and/or updating, but otherwise it’s a wonderful rental.

The rental was in the perfect location. Close to several restaurants and in walking distance to the beach. You can get everything you need on the island if you happen to forget to pack anything. Definitely check out The Love Shack if you want the best shrimp on the island. My husband and I stayed on our honeymoon and we decided to come back and celebrate our anniversary. There's lots to do on the island. You could be as busy or as lazy as you want to be. We played putt putt, went to the turtle center, checked out the local shops and ate way too much. Great vacation spot!

I've rented various units @ the Lighthouse building on Jekyll over the years and it is always the perfect central location for anything you want to do on the island. The Keepers Quarters is a great size for one person or a couple. Perhaps even including a baby. Excellent value and the dedicated 2nd-floor porch (with outlet) is a huge plus. If you're going with a group or large family, renting the unit next door at the same time (if available) works out beautifully. The pool pass for Days Inn came in handy and they gave us no problems at all.

Keepers Quarters was prefect for the 2 of us. It’s not lavish but the island isn’t either and that’s what we loved about it all. It had the essentials we needed for the weeks stay. My only suggestion Would be updating the bathroom. The location was prefect. Close to everything but just far away from the overly busy areas of the summer.

We found the location excellent! We have always enjoyed our rentals through Jekyll Realty, and this time was no different. Plenty of room for two people who like to take long walks and bike rides. The upper view from the balcony was nice. The only recommendation we have is the apartment needs a more comfortable love seat or small sofa. With things as they are a leather one would be wonderful with reclining seats to relax in. Thank you.

We have rented this little condo for about 20 years because it's right across from the mid-island ocean on Beachview and it's the perfect size for a couple, with a largish bedroom and king bed; a small but fully equipped and functional kitchen with full fridge, oven/4-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, pots & pans, plantes & bowls, etc.; a large-enough dining/living area with lots of windows, a couch, a chair, and a small table with four dining chairs; a full bathroom; and an in-condo stackable laundry closet. It's also got a deck overlooking the ocean and a small patio, both with chairs and tables. You can get to everything on the island easily from here on bike or by car. The wi-fi works well. We had some issues with the TVs and the A/C this time; we called Jekyll realty about them and both were completely fixed in a couple of hours on the Monday two days before Christmas. It's so easy and relaxing to stay here.

I spent a week at Keepers Quarters and had a fabulous time! Location was ideal for biking and beaching. Unit is small but definitely filled my needs for a fun-filled solo retreat. I would absolutely stay here again as soon as I save up my travel fund. Now accepting donations to that fund. ��

My husband and I were just trying to get away for a week. This rental was perfect for just the two of us. We brought our bikes to ride on the Island and the location made it easy to get anywhere by bike. Neat, clean. Would stay again.

My husband and I rarely vacation alone, so this property was perfect for us. The furniture was stained and the rugs could use a good cleaning, as well. Otherwise, it was great. We arrived after hours, so our linen rental items weren't in the house. The person on call, came quickly and was quite friendly.
