The location is convenient and the pool is great. The house size was just right for our family and well equipped for our needs. We did struggle with the TV, maybe some specific instructions for the older not very technical people.
We have rented this house before and will definitely rent it again. After owning a house on Jekyll for 20 years, we know what’s special place it is.

We were very satisfied with this home. It is very spacious and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. My grandsons enjoyed the apartment so much. The pool was so nice and the patio areas were also enjoyed. We enjoyed the home so much we have already booked it for next year. I liked that the home is located on a dead end the grandkids could enjoy the circular driveway you didn't have to worry about traffic.

We had several couples staying and appreciated the separate apartment for work and zoom calls, especially. The kitchen was well-equipped. Bathrooms quite dated but serviceable. Outside area was ideal for COVID distancing, eating, and chatting

First time staying off beachside. House was comfortable with plenty of space and great kitchen well equipped. Pool was definitely a plus! Outside of house could use a good pressure washing; grill should be removed as it's broken down/safety hazard. Bedding could be cleaner...especially pillows.

In late May/early June, my family spent a week in this jewel of a home. Steps from the beach, a nice walk to the historic district, and a pool in the backyard of your very own. How do you top it? It was outfitted with everything we needed, and then some. We'll be back!

This our second winter in Great Dunes. We love the home. It is comfortable when it is just us and even better when we have company because of the guest house. Jekyll Realty staff is the BEST, professional and right there if there is a question or concern. Can\'t ask for better people.

The pool area at this rental is by far the best we've experienced so far......a lot of area surrounding the pool, easy access to house, tables in the shade as needed. The only negative is that we had to bring our own lounge chairs, as there are none provided. The house has a great layout, with a separate apartment (which could use some updating). The kitchen in the main house is well stocked and modern. The bathrooms are in great need of updating however. Overall, a nice rental.

This is a very roomy home and is great for large families/groups. Jekyll Realty was very helpful with several issues that came up during the week. The pool is wonderful, however, it stays cloudy and has lots of debris in it. I think the pump needs to run more frequently.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home and our stay in it! We are thankful that the owners open their home up to families like ours. It is beautiful, very useful, totally enjoyed the convenience of the pool, inside the house, outside, side apartment, deck, tables, and location of this home... very private and quiet. We do not know but it seemed as though it had been a while since it was rented. When we left, we cleaned and vacummed. We forgot to clean the master bath shower though, and apologize for forgetting this room. The grill nor the utensils near it had not been cleaned by the previous users. We never used it. Thank you for promptly sending someone to take care of the leak under the kitchen sink (that had been like this before we came) and the help with the T.V. in several rooms. We LOVED being able to rent this beautiful home and again, greatly appreciate its owners for allowing us to stay here with our family of 12. Please let us know if you were satisfied with how we left it. Many thanks again for a wonderful experience with your company!

As with any real estate, location location location...while not beach front, it sits literally one block away, accessible by foot within 5 minutes, by bike even quicker. Unlike some of the properties I've rented before, this house has no shabby furniture nor worn rugs; everything was in great shape and looked well taken care of. Kitchen was top notch, and the best part...the pool! Only issue was a leaking ac unit in the guest suite, which was taken care of quickly. All in all, highly recommended.

Great Dunes Cottage was a great stay and we really enjoyed being at the end of the street and having a swimming pool. Having the sperate cottage tht was connected to the house was great for the Grandson and his family. The cottage was well stocked with utensiles and seating areas with TV and internet.

Great house to rent but the air conditioning unit in the separate apartment is not sufficient to cool the entire unit and desperately needs to be enlarged. The covered area next to the pool was where my group spent all their time and if it were my property, I would have more than 1 ceiling fan there and would have furniture for sunning around the pool.
