Beautiful home and perfect size for our family. Although dryer was broken realty agent was very helpful. Some exterior cleaning would have been nice. Shutters very dusty as were light fixtures over kitchen island. Bikes, boogie boards, and beach chairs were a really nice perk.

This is the first year we rented a house for the week. It was soooo much better than doing the hotel thing. Briney Breeze is a fantastic home, well kept and decorated with all the details of home. If there's any critique at all it's that the cleaning crew needs to be more thorough doing their work.

This place was a great place for our family. In addition to being an overall beautiful house, it was well equipped with all the things needed for a great vacation. While it can’t be guaranteed, there was an ample supply of boogie boards and bikes to enjoy the island. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed a family getaway over New Years. Home was very spacious and well appointed. Large bedrooms with a huge Master bedroom and bathroom. We also enjoyed the separate outdoor screened dining/sitting area with sound of ocean in the background. Beach was a 2 minute boardwalk away. This neighborhood was very well maintained. Definitely return.

Beautiful home for our family to retreat for 3 days during Christmas this year. Super cold weather outside but the big family friendly layout was perfect for inside family fun! Definitely love to come back!

We have becoming to Jekyll Island for over 15 years and have used Jekyll Realty almost exclusively and will continue to do so. They are super easy to work with, answered and helped with questions almost immediately while the staff that work there are amazing.
The house is beautiful and is THE best equipped we have had the pleasure of staying at. I highly recommend the home and Jekyll Realty!!

Our family has never been to Jekyll Island and chose it this summer because we wanted a quiet beach trip away from the crowds and a beautiful home to stay in. We got both those things!
Briney Beeze is perfection! It is brand new, decorated beautifully, and stocked with everything you might need! The house had many things already supplied that we brought ourselves but didn’t need to like kitchen spices, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The Tupperware drawer was even amazing with so many containers all completely organized. The small things!
For those traveling with little ones, just FYI, both the king bedrooms have closets big enough for pack-n-plays which works out great so you have more privacy.
The proximity to the beach was great. It was about a 2-3 minute walk from the house to the sand. Only about 10 steps up, then a short, beautiful boardwalk, then 10 steps down. The beach was totally empty the whole week we were there. The beach is very deep depending on the tide. Unfortunately at low tide, the water was so muddy, it was practically unusable. Your feet would just sink like muddy quicksand. But at high tide, the water was much nicer. Wish there was more consistency because we were not able to enjoy the ocean as much as we would have liked.
The pool is about a 5 minute walk. We only went to the pool once. The pool was full of sand, so not clear, and extremely warm. We didn’t go back because of that.
We really enjoyed our trip and our kids loved hunting for crabs and sand dollars. It was a beautiful place and a gorgeous home.

Very nice house as described. Nice community ,good location ,the beach entrance is one house away.The unusual thing was that it was so well equipped. The towels, kitchen equipment and beach gear were the nicest i have seen in a rental.
