This house reminded me of what a real older beach house should be. It was comfortable without a lot of fluff. The furniture is definitely older but comfortable all the same. Lots of chairs and places for everyone to sit. Two places for dining. The Jekyll room is lovely. Lots of great books to look through. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials. Plenty of plates, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses etc. It was mostly clean but could use a really good deep clean. Lots of dusty corners. The televisions were equipped with Roku which was great on rainy days. It is a short walk to the beach and the access. Would highly recommend renting a golf cart for getting around the island. It was a fun way to get out and see the deer when they came out at night.

Only a few steps from the crossover to the beach. Large driveway. Indoor pool. What more could you need. Will return!

We had a great time at Angel Wing. The house had great space and the pool and spa was so nice! Jekyll is a nice, relaxing island to unwind on.

We have stayed at St Simon but could not get a condo there. Started researching and found this wonderful place. I’m glad we did!! Some of the furniture is antique, but it just adds to the charm of the home. It has beach access behind the house. Beach was NOT crowded. The tide is in a night so no night walks on the beach. We rode bikes around the entire island once and 1/2 the next day. We ate at Zacherys and coffee at the Pantry.. Loved the house. Hot tub was just as cool as the pool. I want my hot tub at 102 so we didn’t use it. Overall would go again

This home is older but it is all well kept up and everything works. It was very clean when we arrived. The house is perfect for large families. The pool was so nice to have after a long day at the beach and the beach access was super convenient. We will definitely stay at this home again :)

NEEDS UPDATED WITH NEW APPLIANCES, STOVE, WASHER AND DRYER,KITCHEN FAUCET ETC! PEST !ALSO NEEDS SOME NEW OR MODERN FURNITURE ! OVER PRICED !!

The property is very cozy, clean and in a perfect location. Pool is very nice too.
The only downside was the washer and dryer, that did not work very well. But overall, amazing place to stay.

We've stayed here before and knew what to expect. We wanted a pool on Beachview Dr, so re-reserved Angel Wing. I thought that the beds were beyond their useful life. The larger beds were lumpy and, literally, noisy. The baseboard in the family room had not been vacuumed of bugs.

Angel Wing is beautiful and spacious and made us feel at home, and a short walk to the beach. The heated pool was especially nice and a great way to relax before bedtime!

The house and lounging furniture could use updating and the beds were too hard. The pool was very nice and heated until the icy weather caused a shutdown. The spa was never warm enough.
