Condo is beautiful furnished and well stocked. Ocean views are fantastic. It was fairly clean, with just a few missed spots in the kitchen and shower. Overall was pleased. I did find that not all of the beds were fully made up. Some only had one sheet, either the top or the bottom. I could find no spare/extra linen in the condo. Since it was just myself I made due without contacting the agency. I also discovered a burner was out on the stove. I made them aware when I left, so I hope that is fixed for the next renter. Overall I was pleased with the place and would consider staying there again.

Comfortable clean unit for our 5 adults and three children aged 5-7. Games , books and board games provided. Kitchen well stocked, with nice beach decor. There were a few things needing maintenance. Ceiling in living room had spot that was peeling off, in-room sink for upstairs bedroom did not work, spindle on balcony was loose(may be safety issue for small children)and bathroom floor upstairs was “squishy” under foot. Beach being only 100 yds. away was a plus, and pool area provided towels.

The villa was beautifully decorated and felt just like walking into a cozy home. The location to the beach was perfect as well as a short walk through the villas to the pool. The island atmosphere was unequivocally peaceful. We will definitely visit again.

Spacious, clean, "secluded", with a full-on ocean view from the balconies. Jekyll Realty proved to be an asset unto itself; friendly staff there even afforded us the courtesy of informing us of the two water "outages" that were upcoming, and, any time we talked with JR personnel, we were treated with the utmost respect. Jekyll Realty care and attention to detail and every aspect of Villa by the Sea 504 has sold us on future visits.

Great condo with a phenomenal view. Easy to find. Smooth check-in and check-out. Amenities, such as the pool and onsite laundry, are a great feature. Very quiet area. Easy access to bike paths, different beaches, local attractions, etc.

overall,this place was amazing. we were here for 4 days and nights and I have to saythe condo was very clean and comfortable.Only negative experience we had was no access to the beach from our condo.we had to drive about 1/2 mile and use public access.this was deceiving on the appeared to have a boardwalk directly to the beach.other wise a beautiful place.would visit again in the future.
