The rental was extremely easy to rent & check out. The location is great. Accommodations good. Bed very comfortable, bathroom nice. Everywhere we go, people have a different idea about what clean is. I would rather talk to the realtor about this, because I realize it is hired out & not the fault of them or the owner.

Condo is one of the smaller units at Villas by the Se, but it was fine for us - a couple with a dog. I wish that filters for the coffee maker were included either at the property or in the gift bag. Also with there were hangers on the rod in the closet. Finally, the vanity in the bathroom is extremely low, just above my husband's knees. I had to sit on the toilet to put in my contact lenses!

We stayed 7 nights. Nice Place, we enjoyed the unit and both the unit and grounds were pet friendly, our Westies enjoyed their vacation as much as the wife and I did. But, could have been made nicer if the interior details/accessories were properly maintained. Sliding glass door rollers/tracks were worn making door difficult to open. Screen door off track and adjustment screws were not properly installed - screen door practically inoperable - Screen door curtains also difficult to open. Back porch should have had a porch light. Top drawer to left of stove in kitchen off track - I put the drawer back on track several times but it came off track every time drawer opened. Utility closet filthy and incredibly cluttered. Both direct TV remotes faulty - the one for the bedroom TV had inoperable chanel change buttons (number pad); the one in the living room TV had inoperable volume button - I changed batteries to no effect, need new TV remotes. The bathroom vanity top was so low that I had to practically get on my knees to shave and brush my teeth - the vanity mirror so low that the entire top of my head was cut off, had to squat to see that my hair was properly brushed - I'm 5'11". On the positive side, The kitchen worked and was nicely equipped with silverware, glass ware, and pots and pans. Especially nice was the presence of a dishwasher. The HVAC system was efficient and effective. I would recommend the unit but for the money, I'll find better on my next Jekyll visit. Jekyll reality was GREAT to work with and if not staying in a hotel, I will always use them to find me a rental.

We liked the location of the villa and the outdoor features very much. Only cons was there was sand on the floors when we arrived and the inner shower curtain was nasty and needed replacing.

We simply had a nice, quiet week. We were able to get to the beach several days. We love the laid back experience at Jekyll. We are lucky to be able to bring our 4 legged babies and enjoy good food around the island. The condo was clean, well-stocked and in a great location. Thanks.

The rental process was super easy. The Villa was well decorated and the beach access walk was just 500 feet from the back door.

This condo is in the Rockefeller building, which has the complex’s laundry machines, and is nearest the beach access. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the experience. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals for ourselves. Although you can’t see the ocean, you can hear it from the patio. Our only complaint was that it could have been cleaner. The bathroom fixtures were very dusty, like they hadn’t been wiped down in some time. We look forward to returning.
