With decor inspired by the colors of the sea, Ocean Hues is a beautifully decorated, restful retreat where you can enjoy spending time with family and friends. With accommodations for ten people, Ocean Hues offers two master bedrooms with one upstairs and one downstairs. This lovely home features a fully equipped kitchen and includes a well-stocked spice cabinet. The custom dining table seats 12 people where you can enjoy meals with your whole family, play board games, and work on a jigsaw puzzle all week. The upstairs game cabinet is stocked with classic board games and puzzles. This Smart home has a Sonos sound system equipped with an Echo “Alexa" voice-activated assistant in the family room, master bedroom, upstairs loft and screened porch. Download the Sonos app on your phone or iPad to listen to your own playlist or ask Alexa to play the style of music you enjoy. Smart TVs are located in the family room, upstairs loft and screened back porch. The screened porch also features a lovely tabby fireplace. Ocean Hues in Ocean Oaks is located adjacent to one of Jekyll’s most beautiful white-duned beaches which is accessible at all tides.


This property comes with access to a brand new pool and pavilion in the complex of Ocean Oaks.

This was a gathering of our family. We had a wonderful time and the house was wonderful. It was clean and the arrangement of the rooms was very suitable for our group. The only draw back for me was the darkness of the steps going up to the second floor and the steepness of the stairs. I am old and my family did not want me to go up the stairs. I was disappointed but took their advice and did not go to the second floor.

Ocean Hues is a great house for large groups, a well stocked kitchen, tons of games for the kids, and very clean and up to date. It's a short walk to a beautiful private beach and the community pool is right around the corner. Parking is tight and while the listing says 4 spots, you can realistically only park 3 SUV size vehicles. While there is no additional parking in the neighborhood, there are several open lots nearby where we were able to leave an extra car. Jekyll Realty was very easy to work with and even unlocked our house for us so we didn't have to stop in to their office and pick-up keys.

Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us. We had everything we needed and more. It was spacious enough for 8 adults to be comfortably together or apart. We loved the well-appointed kitchen. Every kind of utensil or pan or serving dish! Front porch in the morning. Back porch for late nights.

A great rental for our 3 families. We especially liked the long dining table so that everyone could eat dinner together, the easy access to the beach and pool.

The house was the centerpiece of a great family vacation, it was perfect for a large family. This particular home had everything you need while on a vacation as well as a fully stocked kitchen having Everything you would need to cook several meals. The pictures does no justice to just how perfect this house is. From the back patio that we spent several mornings sipping on coffee and watching cartoons with the little ones to the little nook upstairs just to hang and watch movies & play video games that our teenagers enjoyed. The large dining room table was perfect for our large family to enjoy the meals we made in the state of the art amazing kitchen. No need to bring anything to this home other then your groceries and luggage. Beach chairs, bogey boards, sand toys, etc. We enjoyed the bar bq grill as well for some of our meals. Access to beach is perfect and the pool is just right for the kids, my 2 year old granddaughter loved it! We highly recommend Ocean Hues and hope to return soon. The island in itself is a real treasure, many things to see and explore including the history of this amazing destination.

This was perfect for our family, a wonderful getaway for Thanksgiving 2021. The only part that we didn't like was that there was no housekeeping yet we paid for that. Other than that, it was perfect.

We had a lovely time in this beautiful home. It was perfect for our extended family. The home was spacious, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen would be the envy of any gourmet cook. Everyone had a place to enjoy their stay. The children played games ( provided in game chest upstairs)in the breakfast room, my son-in-law watched football on the screened porch and we had our meals together in the huge dining family loved it.

My family and I had a great time at our Jekyll Island beach house. The pictures do not do the house justice. The house is beautiful, large and very clean and in a cozy little neighborhood. Location is perfect as it was a short walk to the beach or pool. I will definitely want to rent this house again.

I and 6 family members arrived here in late May. The weather was beautiful and the home, upon entry, was more impressive than the pictures had implied. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms large and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and the sunroom was a family favorite hangout area. The A/C worked tremendously and it was a 2 minute walk to the beach.

The beach itself was far less populated than areas down the shore. We saw maybe 4 or 5 families tops out there, so there's plenty of room and privacy. We even ventured out at night to look at the moon and stars and didn't see a soul.

If I'm nitpicking, there are a few things I'd suggest being aware of. The water doesn't always taste or smell great so consider bringing your own. Trash bags and toilet paper is most likely necessary for the larger groups. We would've also appreciated a shower outside to rinse off after the beach trips, but there is a hose/shower head that worked fine enough.

All in all, we would absolutely recommend staying here!

The house fit our family well. The location is great with a short walk to beach and pool. This is our second visit here and love coming . The beach boardwalk was cover to the railings with sand from the adjacent dunes. This made it difficult for me and my granddaughter who is recovering from ankle surgery to get to the beach.

This place was so beautiful! Probably the most well stocked vacation rental we’ve ever stayed. Literally just need some groceries and your suitcase. Large rooms with comfortable king beds, amazing gathering spaces with large tables to accommodate our large family. Also loved the screened porch with outdoor fireplace and TV. So close to beach access and pool is steps away. Beautiful, quiet community. Only downsides: ocean water was too muddy to even step foot in (nothing to do with rental) and it might not hurt for cleaning service to pay attention to cleaning under the sofas. Otherwise everything else was perfect!

We had a blast! Thanks to Connie and the whole management team. They were so kind, and it started out experience off great. The house is AMAZING, and we can’t wait to go back again, and again! Beautifully decorated, so much space and all the amenities you could want. Love this end of the island, with no rock barrier between you and the water. So wonderful from start to finish!

The house was amazing. The kitchen was my dream kitchen with 6 burner gas stove, large island and lots of counter space. We cooked every meal here. The living areas were perfect for my family. Loved the screened in porch so much we are planning on adding one ourselves at home. The bedrooms were spacious and comfy beds. Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach or pool. We will be back!!
