This house is clean and in a great location on the island. The beach is an easy five minute walk away. The house is old and shows its age so don’t expect luxury. Most everything inside needs updating or replacing but it is well maintained.

Nice place for a family of four...or more. The house is older but well maintained. Check in was easy, and you just drop off the keys in the box when you leave. It is in a perfect location in the middle of the island. We biked everywhere. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the washer and dryer. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The management company, Jekyll Realty, was really easy to work with and were responsive to my questions. Our stay was nice. The duplex was reasonably clean, well stocked, and reasonably well maintained. Do note that the washer and dryer are outside in an attached utility room. Took us a few hours to figure that out. :) Also, if I do have one minor gripe it's that the utility room with the washer and dryer is a total mess. Clearly it isn't getting cleaned during routine cleaning. But that's a very minor complaint, we'd certainly be happy to stay again.
